Please someone help me!!, I just set up my tank a few days ago, and I purchased a media reactor and a container of Phosban. I rinsed the Phosban before putting it in, and I turned the pump to just tumble the media gently. There is a lot of phos media on my sand bed now. It is very fine sand so it creates a storm when I try to move the media around on the sand bed. What can I do to get this unsightly Dark Phosban of my bright tan sand.

make sure you rinse it good till the water turns clear running thru it, add it to your reactor and turn down the flow so its not churning, you want just enough flow thru it with out beating it up. You probably just didn't rinse it enough, don't sweat it.

I'm not too worried about it, I just don't like the look of the phosban on the sand. Do you have any ideas on how to get it out without causing a sand storm ( can't use suction because the sand is very light. Any advice?

If you just skim the top with the siphon it will get it out. You'll lose some sand but I don't see another option.
