mH plug with eb8

Outlets 4 and 8 are rated for 10 amps each (( but a total of 15 for the whole EB8 )), you are going to at about 10 amps with all 3. Personally, I wouldn't do it. I would have all 3 separate, but in a pinch would do 2 on #4 and 1 on #8.

What else will be plugged into the EB8?

So I can use outlet 1 2 3 for each

Yes, those are rated for 5 amps each

I plan on use led and fan 2 800w heater

If both those heaters are on, while all 3 MHs are on too, you would be over 15 Amps, which is too much for the EB8. In addition, if you are using an 15 amp circuit you would be over its rating. Now, you being in S. Carolina, I doubt that would happen, but I would want those heaters on a separate EB4/8 and a separate circuit.

You mean on separate outlet I have the tank in the living room so I know the living run the same circuit can I replace 15a with 20a is it going to help

Would need to replace the outlet, the circuit breaker and the wire within the wall --- if you leave the wire (( which is most likely 14 gauge )) and start pushing 20 amps through it, it will cause issues down the road. Would need 12 gauge wire.

What all do you have in the living room that is on the same circuit?
How big of a tank is this? Might want to consider having a couple separate 20 amp circuits run for it.

It a 230g with 3 400w mh heater 1/2 hp chiller heater led strips fan couple circulation pump and a return pump nothing really run off the living except for chandelier and few light I think I better to run another circuit

You can also use an expansion socket. Here's the one I use for my ReefKeeper:

The thinner wire goes to your controller, where it tells the sockets when to turn off and on, while the fatter wire, the supply wire, goes directly into a regular outlet socket. I use one of these for my two, 300 watt heaters, only using one outlet in my EB-8 to control two heaters.

Sounds to me like you'll need another circuit for sure; 15A isn't going to (comfortably) run all that I'm afraid.
