I kept trying and litterally just got in. After closing the app I tried going back in again and got the connection error after modifying the settings. May just have to keep trying to login several times until it lets you in.Same. Can't login. Is there a way to manually change settings without having to connect to their server? Why do we need internet connection to change settings?
That's exactly what mine does. I called a week ago and had Tim on the phone and he wouldn't even work with me to correct the problem, he just sent me trouble shooting tips through email, which didn't help.I'm not sure if my issue is the same as what's described here. (XR30 G5 Pros x 2) I never had any issues prior and although it may not have had that refined feel to it, until recently, Mobius has been fairly flawless. Now it's near useless.
When I open Mobius it opens ok and although it seems a bit slow, it will list all the devices and display the flow of the MP40's. The issue for me starts when I try to get into the light settings. The blue circle swirls around a bit but instead of showing the 'edit' button in the center it will come up with "couldn't load settings" and a cancel & retry button.

Luckily I can over ride Mobius with the Hydros app to turn their products off and on during feeding, when Mobius app doesn’t respond. What’s with Ecotech lately? Hopefully they’re fixing their issues!The app still comes up quickly with all info and doesn’t have a problem here. I use it daily during feed times. I use Mobius and hydros apps daily. Mobius has had the least problems in my case. Kessil app works great
Thats so much crap. What a terrible app. Its ridiculous that you pay this much money for these pumps and the software is absolute ****!thanks, that worked!![]()
Clearly this is a flaw in the design here. I shouldn't have to have access to work with my pumps. They should have redundancy and fault tolerance with this. I will probably never buy another Ecotech product.When I emailed Ecotech this last week, they confirmed they were doing maintenance last weekend when these same problems started happening.
I would assume they're doing some kind of maintenance again
