Is this growth, algae, necrosis, or something else on this monti cap frag?

The white portion is where some of the coral has died off and it looks like there may be a bit of algae growing there. I've had this happen to all my monticapa (usually from something knocking it upside down into the sandbed) and it eventually encrusts over with new growth. It just looks unsightly for a few weeks.

New to your tank? Any damage happen to it? I see it's not your first sps.
I got it in December, it hasn't shown much growth but it has attached itself to the rock.
I have an Anacropora you see behind it, and its been fine, lots of growth.
However, I have been battling low/zero phosphates.

How low? How is the n03?
Lighting? Flow?
Anything else suffering?

Oh I’m sure it’s most likely the phosphate level… I’ve been trying to bring it up for a couple of months. I was hoping extra feeding would nudge it up. But since it hasn’t I ordered some phos yesterday to dose. Nitrates we’re at zero too, but I’ve got it up around 3 now

to answer your questions:
Phosphates at 0.00
Nitrates at 3.2
Lighting is around 150 par
Flow is medium-high (no obstructions between the frag and powerhead).
