Most efficient RODI filter ?

I'm in the search for an efficient rodi fikter, I do about 30 gallons WC a week. Currently in buying water at 60 cents a gallon. Most filters I seens a 3:1 waste to production. I do t want to waste so much water and I'm sure my land lord would go nuts if I'm wasting 100 gallons of water a week. Any rodi filter that are 1:1 ? Or should I just keep buying water ?

WOW!!!! That is one EXPENSIVE SYSTEM! Almost a $1000!

Price wise you can do a whole bunch better at BRS. A "regular" system with a water saver add on.
