Moving aquarium

What’s the quickest easiest way to move an aquarium? I have a Fluval evo set up running full with livestock but I plan on moving it to the other end of my room on a new cabinet would I have to completely empty the tank including rock and sand before attempting to lift or would that break the bottom glass

It would probably be better to take the rocks and water out before moving the tank. The sand can stay. Thankfully moving small tanks is pretty easy so you should have no issues.
