MP40 Update Mobius Connection Issue

Hi, I recently bought a new MP40. I have my account set up in mobius. However, once I link the mp40 to the app and update it, it seems to get stuck on the connecting screen when its finished updating. It just continuously scrolls in a circle on the connecting to device screen and can't seem to connect to it. Any thoughts on this?
