Can I use the mp60qd's listed on BRS with an Apex? I assume I need the WXM module, right? Or will they only work with Mobius?

Yes, all MP60wQDs can be used with apex via the WXM module. If you get a “Mobius ready” one, there is a procedure to make it work with ESL/WXM again.
