My 90g reef

I have been waiting a very long time for this and finally got things started.

Stand was built by Brian (Corsi1330) and he did an excellent job on it, more than i expected!

This is my first time painting anything and i tried my best not to ruin this incredible stand

Took me about 3 days to paint this... i guess i kept taking "breaks" from it so it should of been done a little sooner. I added a layer of polyacrylic so the water that splashes on there will slide off.

Nice looking stand. Are the holes the rear wall for ventilation?

nivram I think the holes are for the chords.

I was really nervous painting this stand, i just didnt want to mess it up since it was my first time :xd:

nivram- yes the holes are for chords and tubing but it can be used as ventilation too i guess

Im going glass, already have my tank its just a 90g AGA with overflow on mid left side. Wanted to do glass tank with starfire but i already got this one

. This one is actually from my old set up that i took down.

I im looking to go bare bottom, going to get some starboard but just not sure if i should go white or black starboard now...

I kept debating for about an hour on how the stand should look of how i should do the designs but me and the girlfriend picked this one

Very Impressive Ben. Love the stand. I think that ones tank stand and canopy is a very important piece of furniture and should be aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Well done. Al

Thanks Al! I definitely agree, esp when it is in your living room. Have to make it look nice as possible

I havent got to test it out yet still getting things together for this set up. Havent even got water in the tank yet, its still sitting in my garage :sad:
