the small one's around 600.00 complete the other two range between 800-1200 depending on the set-up

What is the range on them? Do they have gas engines?

range is 1/4 mile but you never fly that far out because you lose orientation.these are all electric powered by lipo's

no just fly for fun.i fly alot in my yard being that it is big enough.no problem on the questions i could talk about heli's all day.:wink:

im saprized you dont run a123's in them...lot safer of a battery...ever have a lipo light up?

I knew someone that went to a field where they flew those and launched rockets. I went to check it out one weekend with him. One guy inverted one of those heli's and flew it upside down. Those would be fun. I bet they are expensive to service or repair.

check out www.helifreak.com for videos ya the lipos can explode but if you charge and cycle them right they are way better then the a123's imo.

yeah but it takes a long time to charge a lipo....you can do a large set (18 cells or so easy)of a123's in like 15 min if you have the right charging system

i had them both in my rc10t once....i was having fun i droped a 4cell lipo in it....holy sh-- it was fast!..here is proof..

YouTube - 4c lipo + 10t brushed motor + rc10t = ONE FAST RC!!!!!

4cell a123's smoked the esc! hech they can drop 120 amps in one shot!! put 4 a123's togeather and you can jump start your car in the winter!

I bought my fiance a $100 heli one year and my mom bought him about a $200 one the next year for Christmas. First one broke xmas eve, second one xmas day. They are very hard to control! I think his total flying time was about :30. lol. Looks like fun though if you get a handle on it!
