Not sure if this is the right place, I'm kinda new to this forum and saltwater. I've got some green algae growth on one of my rocks and didn't know if anyone knows what it is and if it's good or bad

Looks like your tank (or at least your live rock) is relatively new. It could be the beginning of coralline algae, or it could be hair algae. Have you tested your phosphate levels? Do you have a clean up crew to help combat it?

Ya I get my water tested weekley at a local saltwater store all levels are 100% on point. And I have about 8 hermit crabs in there here is the rest of the tank any help would be great

What is the flow like around the zoa frag?
A gentle "breeze' may coax the polyps to open up.

A little algae growth is normal for
Tanks just starting out. I had some before my coralline spread
