Need Help Identifying These Things

Hi Everyone,

I am currently at the end of my fallow period and have only corals in my tank. I noticed many of these litter critters now crawling around and I am just wondering what they are, where they came from and are they harmful to the coral or any new fish I add?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a video.

That is an amphipod. They are harmless and help clean up debris on your rock and sand. Quite desirable to have actually. Some fish will feed on them, as well.

Do keep an eye on them though! I've had amphipods who burrow in my zoas
