Need Help identifying..

They are small, somewhat rectangular, orange in color, definitely alive & all over my tank. They have eaten/destroyed about 2/3’s of my GSP that was taking over, but my small zoa colony was collateral damage along with my rainbow anemone’s.

Yeah, either red planaria or another Convolutriloba species (Red Planaria being C. retrogemma). Same treatment either way.
