Need help to ID

I am starting to have orange reddish algae grow on my rocks and sand bed. Is this bad? And if so how do I remove, thanks

can you tell us a little bit about your tank. Start of cynobacteria or diatom bloom.

How's flow? Looks to be a possible dead spot where cyano wants to form. Unless it's everywhere, then it may be a little diatom outbreak. I'm thinking you're lacking flow, though.

Have 180 gal, just changed sand(2 weeks ago), was too fine and my Diamond gobies had it all over the place, also just changed out a used reef breeder to 6x 80w t5s, 4) actinic blue 2) aquablue coral lights,(last weekend, was worried didnt have enough flow, numbers few days back was as follows; 0 nitrates,nitrites, phosphate, 35ppt, 7 alk, 460 calcium, 1350 magnesium, 8 p..
