I have a Green and Citrinis clown goby and a royal gramma, assorted cuc, pincushion urchin and cleaner shrimp in a 25 gal tank. Can and/or should I add a six line wrasse? Also full of softies and a few lps.

IMO no, you should not add a sixline. It will eventually get very aggressive and most likely kill your other tank mates in that size tank. If you want a wrasse, the pink streaked wrasse or one of the pygmy wrasses would do well in that size tank.

Thank you, I'm just looking to add one more fish to the tank and I'm looking for color and "movement" since my gobies are hardly seen.

I would stay away from a six line. With such a small tank I would be cautious adding anymore to the system at all. If I was going to add something I would consider something that stays small. You do not have a lot of water volume so keeping water quality in check could become a problem, along with the fish simply having enough space.
