How to you guys raise nitrates and phosphates and keep them steady mine are always to high or to low in my sps tank

Keep a set schedule. Feed the same product the same amount everyday. Keep everything consistent. Dosing sodium nitrate and a phosphate additive helps the dips. Use an online calculator to help get you in the ballpark as to how much to dose once you choose a product to dose.
