Need help with pink bugs?

Hi i recently found these pink bugs crawling around my tank aswell as these feather like things, just wanted to know if i should be worried or not.

these little guys usually only show at night

The algae (feather things) are something you will want to co trol and eliminate. A good clean up crew and diligent parameter monitoring will help you win that battle.

As for the pod, it's hard to determine the actual species based on the pic. Could also be an amphipod or an isopod. Most are considered to be good for your tank, however some species are not, such as parasitic isopods.

thanks, they dont seem to be harming anything, as for the algae it hasnt been spreading just staying so i think im making progress. thanks for the help
