Need some help!

Clownfishes fins appear to be rotting and ripped up(no bullying) he also has white streaks or markings along his back, He was in a qt for a week and treated with quick cure from Fritz aquatics because it thought it was brook, I now know that is not that case. He stopped showing interest in food and swims vertically in open water(not hosting)
