Neptune ATK Issues...

I had the tank set up and everything worked well for 2 years. Recently moved the tank and now the ATK no longer works. All the different parts of it work properly... as in the sensors work well, if I turn the pump on manually on the app then it works but it doesnt automatically turn on when it should. I also get a recurrent "Error on ATK". Is there a way to uninstall a module and reinstall it? Any other tips are appreciated.

Also my ATK plug will also turn to OFF frequently. It looks like it thinks its filling for too long and turns off but it never turns the pump on.

I know this is an old thread but wanted to see if you found a solution? For me, it was buying/using a different ATO altogether. This is after buying another PMUP and several optical sensors. This is such a poorly designed ATO, that it renders itself useless. For anyone else seeing this who may be considering this ATO, I would look elsewhere or use a gravity fed system (which is what I'm doing on my main display). Tunze 3155 and Avast Marine's ATO runs circles around the ATK all day long. Don't mean to be a negative Ned, but they should really redesign this thing from the ground up.
