Neptune Trident Needle replacement

So I bought a used Trident. Seller claimed it was all good to go and I believe it because in photos it was there. Surprise Surprise UPS kinda destroyed the box. Well I believe in shipping one of the needles fell out of the box. It is missing. Of course Neptune ( @NeptunePaul ) don't offer these as a replacement. I went through support and asked. They can't sell one or offer me one. Really strange that they don't want to support their $600 item.

Does anyone know of a replacement? Does anyone have a parts Trident I can buy a needle from?

Well for anyone looking at this later......

You can not get the needles. I have to do their "Advanced replacement" for $200 where they send me a new one and I send this one back.
