Nero 5 running backwards

Just installed and Nero 5 power head and also downloaded the app set up and register device turn it on and the and the pump running backwards blowing the water against the glass instead a out into the tank, It's Sunday and there's no Tech Support just wondering if anybody can help me out with this problem?

I know this happens sometimes with the Jebao pumps when power is connected back to the pump, or after a power outage.

I have no experience with these pumps, but have you tried to disconnect power from the pump and reconnect again and see if the flow gets reversed?

Yes I have also tried to remove from app and reinstall, hard reset,soft reset, ***still run backwards Very frustrated

The website I'm guessing has something on it, and they are responsive.
