So I'm wanting a 5th fish for my tank. I'm not sure if it's possible for the size as it is a 65L / 17G.

I have two clown fish, and old glory goby, and a yellow bellied damsel

The damsel is slightly territorial and will try to push my clowns away, although they sit at the top of the tank and are rarely around the rock it has claimed. It doesn't care about the goby as it seems to sleep underneath the same rock the damsel has claimed

I have two zoas, four gonis, a few morphs, and a fungia plate so the fish would have to be reef safe

I was possibly thinking a red or purple firefish. but I'm not sure if they need rocks to hide in or if they will just swim freely around the tank.

Any other fish suggestions are welcome, I'd prefer something on the smaller side obviously because of the size of my tank, although I will upgrade to a bigger tank in a year or two hopefully.

the filefish is a very timid fish. your 2 clowns and damsel might pick on it over time.

I would get an orchid dottyback if I were you. and i would stop with the fish, yes you can put more than 5 fish in that tank no problem. because they are all small . i over load all my tanks :)
just its a lot more work and you need an oversize skimmer and more water changes and testing for nutrients a lot more often
thats why in my opinion i wouldn't recommend it
