Hey first post, I have a mature Innovative Marine 30 l fusion tank that has been through a lot of ups and downs. I mean a lot.

Just got two Mocha clownfish and have a few basic questions I just needed to talk out.

One of them is more black whereas one of them is more orange. They are both around the same size. I have no idea which one is dominating because even though the darker one is "showing off," the lighter one is always swimming right above the darker one.

Another thing, any suggestions on how to get them to pair.

and last but not least, any other suggestions for fish.

Your picture isn't showing up.... but on the topic of the two clowns.. You'll notice one is a bit of a bully and the other does this "shimmy" around the bully one. The "shimmy" one is typically the male and will remain smaller, while the bully will be the female and grow much larger. This is assuming they are both male at this point of course. It will take a while for them to sort it all out. There really isn't a way to force a pair or to force them to mate. They either do or don't. Good luck!

I know thats the confusing part. My darker clownfish is being the bully but at the same time swimming underneath the other one as well as doing the shimmy

Sometimes they both do the shimmy while they are working things out. It's really weird. It will take time, but just watch them as time goes on and you'll start to see a noticeable difference between their behavior.
