Not sure how I can take picture but when I use a flashlight and look at my tank at night I have 2 unidentified critters.

1st one is about 1mm long , white ish, runs around the sand and rock as if there's no water in it. Looks like it's just running on land.

2nd critter I saw at base of my xenia. Not actually in it but more at the very base. They are about 1mm long and very thin. Very fast moving. More brownish in color.

My tank is 2 months old. Has copepods on glass for about a month now. Was started with lfs fully cured [HASHTAG]#140[/HASHTAG] LR. Never cycled.

I have 2 zoa, hammer coral, frogs pawn, and a mushroom as well. All doing well.

Maybe this will help. http://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhiker.shtml

Do a skim down and see if you see anything that looks familiar and then come 0n back and let us know. Even if it's not THEE thing, maybe you'll see something similar and we can start from there.

1st one must be amphipod Gammarid.

2nd one not sure still.

Pretty sure he's talking about copepods.
As @Lionfish Lair mentioned do a skim down.
Pods are good guys as they are part of the CUC (clean up crews) and food chain.

It's in the middle of pic. Sorry about quality. Tough at night.
