Nyos support or help

Nyos 160,running fine for 2 years,recently added chemiclean to tank,I know to expect skimmer overload but I am getting microbubbles exiting from the bottom rear of the skimmer
With any air whatsoever entering the venturi.looking for advice or info on who supports nyos

That actually sounds about right after using Chemiclean. How long ago did you dose it?

I haven't had the best luck with support......I originally contacted Nyos directly who told me to contact Ecotech (their US distributor)...who didn't seem overly excited to answer my questions. That being said, it is normal with Chemiclean. Whenever I use it, I just let the skimmer overflow into a HOB filter cartridge containing carbon, using the drainage tube on the bottom of the collection cup. Skimmer is back working normally within a day.

I owned 160 don't have any issue dialing the skimmer,but my bioload is high
Makesure the opening at the bottom on the water level adjustment high knob(tube) is facing forward to the skimmer body
