I've ordered several acans from Mr. Coral and they all looked great. Unfortunately, I've gotten rid of most of my acans as I stepped up my SPS game. With the lower nutrient system, my acans were suffering because I was reluctant to target feed so heavily. Now I just have a few scolies, a lobo, and some euphyllia that minimize the heavy feeding.

Ya what did you feed your acans these are my first acans so I am not very sure on feeding them.
Could I feed the acans Frozen mysis shrimp?
How often did you feed your acans?

They'll eat mysis or pretty much any other meaty foods as long as it's small enough. I used to target feed my LPS 3-4 times a week when I had a bunch of acans. Now I only target feed about twice a week and I'm not so heavy handed. They can survive without feeding, but they'll thrive if you do.

I have a Couple of the Corals that you listed above.

For the Price and Selection
You Can Not Beat Mr Coral.

But the Frag Racks Fill Up Fast.
Most of these Frags are from Mr. Coral

I second the Caution on the Hollywood Stunner.

I too have a bunch of MrCoral frags. Not as much Reed and now I have frag envy. I do have 18 more coming in friday. Not sure where I will be putting them but Ill come up with something. somehow my tanks are almost full of coral and very few fish, I think I am doing it backwards! LOL

I soon may be setting up a 10 gallon frag tank!!

All the corals look great.Expecially the acans they look stunning.Although none of the zoas are open yet thats pretty normal just getting used to the lighting I suppose.How long do you guys think the zoas will take to open.I am going to try to feed all my new corals tonight.Although I need to know how to feed a favia.
