Just an update. My orp has been negative 300 to 150 for the past 2 weeks. I'm honestly tired of it. Wish I never spent the money on the kit. I can just unplug it but the thought of hiding the issue is gonna bother me. I'm gonna calibrate it again

Open up a support ticket it could be a bad probe and they will replace it if you just got it.

I tried to log in to their site the forgot password doesnt send any email I tried last time when I started this thread. And again tried to the forgot password on the website and says check my email. Nothing in junk or spam folder either.

If you get a test result that doesnt agree with your tank- IMO double check it.....ORP IS notorious for incorrect results - unless you are having a problem.

Without looking on back of my p4. Which port is for the redox orp. I see online images. There is two one is ph/redox a d other is redox/ph.

Just recalibrated it. after it was complete it was reading 221 in the 220mv liquid. Put it back in my sump and its slowly declining to 175 currently. Ill update in a hour

Just a update. Since recalibrating again, its sitting at a positive 217! First time lol. Well see if it stays.
