Overflow advice - Prodigy vs Shadow

I need some help deciding between the Shadow vs the prodigy overflow.

Between the two, I'd probably choose the shadow. But I like the modular marine better. I prefer the outside box to be higher than the inside box so the water level goes through at the same height instead of dropping and making noise. The modular marine at least has the rear box at the same height as the inside box. The others have the rear box set lower.
