Overflow noise.ower..PLEASE HELP

I set up my 80 rimless today and as I got the pumps going I noticed there was this awful, unbarable, loud waterfall noise in the overflow. I tried lowering the level to silence the noise but the water level automatically adjusted. Is there anything I can do to raise the level in my overflow? Thanks

Just out of curiosity, is this an 80 rimless from glass cages? Because mine is pretty loud too

it was the premade drain that came with the tank. I was thinking about going to Lowes and getting an extention piece for the PVC to raise it an inch. Think that could work?
