P to N Removal Ratio

Which of the following removes the most phosphate relative to nitrate? Award gold and silver metals ;Happy

A. Carbon dosing
B. Skimmer
C. Refugium w chaeto
D. Rock/marine pure in sump
E. Socks

Please let me know the answer from just those 5, then if you know of any other gentle ways to remove P that is not gfo, let me know. Thanks!

Fuge will work good too. but a Algea turf scrubber will work great as well.

And you think the P:N removal ratio will be higher with these than the other options right? Do you feel the verdict is out on this and its commonly agreed upon?

Many filtration methods reduce N and P but I am surprised more are not interested in the removal ratios, would be great to know when choose say 3 of these 5.
