Pairing flame angelfish?

So a local reefer has what looks to be female flame angel "rounded analfin" she's about 2.5" and currently have a male 3" wondering if pairing them will be hard or a expensive mistake. I've seen others have success on forums has anyone tried this with mature flames?

Pairing dwarf angels isn't too hard as they are sequential hermaphrodites although you do need to be ready to rehome one if necesssary. Problems I've seen is once paired they become very aggressive and aren't really suitable to any but the largest systems.
