I have a pair of Pajama Cardinal Fish and before buying i did some research if it was ok to keep 2. Everywhere i read said it would not be a problem and that they are very peaceful fish. Well i have them in a 20 gallon QT and 1 Pajama won't stop harassing the other. It looks like it just quickly darts at the other cardinal and then lays off. I just don't want the other cardinal to stress out before even going into the DT.

They both still eat like champs tho. Should i be worried?

I have 4 and every now and then one will chase one of the others. Since you are introducing them at the same time I think they will be fine.

I have 10 ... They develop a hierarchy that way... your fine.

Wow,
that seems a bit long for pajamas. Heck, any fish for that matter!
Longest acclimation time I have done on a fish was 4 weeks and that was a yellow eyed cole tang that I rescued from a local pet store, It would have surely died there.

Yeah i observe first week get them eating good then do 2 rounds of prazipro. 1st dose 5-7 days then repeat dose another 5-7 days and then run Cupramine for 3 weeks. then final week of observation then into the Display tank.
This is a good protocol, continue with it.
