(I am not exactly sure where I should have posted this but I hope to get some help from this feed.) I had a rock with what I belive was some brown button polyps...either way in the course of a few months it took over a few of my rocks that my other corals are on. They are getting everywhere and I have separated a small rock of them to keep because they kinda do look neat, but in moderation. They are pretty when they cover the rock like they have but like I said, they're attaching to my other corals like my candy canes and Chalices. I've read that injecting them with lemon juice or vinegar by diabetic needle little by little can kill them in way that doesn't release the palytoxin. I've also considered taking the infested rock out and power spraying the palys off them. I have a pretty mature tank and I am seriously that desperate to get them off. Would this be a good idea? I've attached a picture to show just how much they've covered in my 29g.

Be careful with those. I have a similar issue and have been tossing the rocks they are on. Kind of a bummer, but really the best option. Once they start spreading, they don't stop.
I wouldn't do the power wash thing. To easy to atomize the toxin. Just pull the rock (with gloves) double bag it, seal with a rubber band, tape, whatever and pitch it.
