From all I've heard the Apogee is the way to go.

Given the next step up is a thousand plus more dollars I'd say the Apogee is great I've had a few now and loved every model of Apogee.

I have 13 MHs and I have been thinking about buying one to actually KNOW when my bulbs need changing. I've been running them for 1 year but I think it's kinda foolish to change bulbs by the calendar. I was thinking that I might see that I need to change bulbs earlier in some instances and run them longer in others. It could even pay for itself.

What are other's thoughts on this?
