Parameters to test after cycle & before adding fish

Hello fellow reefers. I believe my cycle is complete (parameters below). I've started seeding pods and feeding with phyto. Going to wait at least a month before adding fish. During that time, I'll be quarantining my fish.

What parameters are important to test during this period?

8/13: Filled Tank

Ammonia:
8/19: 0.2 ppm
8/26: 0.1 ppm (Red Sea – Between the first two circles)
8/26: <0.02 ppm (Seachem Ammonia Alert. Safe Zone)
9/01: 0.1 ppm (Red Sea – Between the first two circles)
9/01: <0.02 ppm (Seachem Ammonia Alert. Safe Zone)

Nitrite:
8/19: 0.05 ppm
8/26: 0.2 ppm
9/01: 0 ppm

Nitrate:
8/19: 1 ppm
8/26: 2 ppm
9/01: ~3 ppm

Red Sea Ammonia test results are kind of throwing me off. I understand it has an accuracy of 0.2 ppm.

I'd watch alkalinity once a week. other than salinity and temp, I personally wouldn't measure anything else yet.
