Pellets vs. frozen

What is best to feed my fish? I've been giving them a mix of frozen food( with vite additive)since I've had them. Now people are telling me I should seem them off the frozen and just feed pellets. Is this true? And if so what is the best way to make the switch?

I notice a change in coloration and aggression with pellets over frozen(which I used to feed)...

I think you need to feed a both. Fish need a variety of foods just like we do.

If my fish are lucky (meaning I have time) they get pellets in the morning and frozen soaked in vitamins at night with flakes from an autofeeder during the day. I also feed nori sheets if I feel they're still hungry.

Both mix it up..Pellets one day frozen the next I like Rods it covers everything. Who wants to eat the same stuff everyday treat them right with good snacks. Little snacks
I saw this poor hippo 16 yrs old and had been on flake for at least 12 years. HE LOOK LIKE HELL, took fish from owner and started feeding New Era Pucks I like it alot, rods,spectrum pellets and he has improved 100 times..Still alittle ruff under the eyes but he is fat and healthy active as can be.

I would feed both so that they get the nutrients from both and not bored of the same food.

I feed both rotate from day to day. The fish love it and are healthy.

Any tips on how to soak my pellets with vitality without them all mushy? Would I really need to if my frozen food has it mixed in already?
