Has anyone had success with raising fry without green water, can it be done without it? My clowns lay their eggs in a conch shell regularly. Would like to raise them.

Below is a link to a recent study on the effects of some larval feeding techniques on the size and survivorship of of A. sebae. I know its not A. percula, but it still counts for something ;)

They were able to raise the larvae using clear water, but size and survivorship were not as high as green water. Hope this helps!

Bump means someone is bumping your thread to the top of the page so other people may chime in to answer the question so it doesn't get lost and not correctly answered in the mass of threads.

It will probably be awhile since I never had much success, the tank that I transfered my fry into I gave to my daughter so I'm sure it will be awhile before getting another one to use. But was wanting to check the probability of success if I tried it again.
