Pest? ID help please

I noticed a couple of these tiny worm-like critters/inverts - barely visible to the naked eye at ~.5 mm (pictures attached - blown up many many times)

on my LR very near a bleaching birds nest. Any ideas what it is and how I can bet deal with them or if I even need to do anything. I am running the tank fallow right now with only CUC and shrimp.

Couldn't really understand the scientific speak on Wikipedia but I think the bottom line is that they are harmless.
