I'm toward the end of my cycle on a IM 15 cube and have finally got my ph at 8.3 by adding seachem 8.3 buffer over the course of a week. But now my alk is at 15. I'm reading about 10 on nitrite and 20 nitrite. Salinty 35/1.26, amm 0. It's been a challenge to finally get my ph up. Would dosing B-Ionic 2part help me bring everything to better parimeters than the bicarb buffer? Need to bring alk down and stabilize things so I'm not having swings going into stocking when nitrates drop. Open to any and all thoughts.

You're definitely doing WAY too much. Pretty much all you should do for this tank is a 1 gallon weekly water change starting a month from now. Let your nitrites and alk come down before adding livestock and don't worry about ph. Seriously, you're going to do more harm than good.
