long story short glass cages drilled my new tank for sch 80 bulkheads instead of abs and i just discovered after i plumbed the rest of it (stupid, stupid mistake...guess im just wore out and tired of thinking about it) but my question regards bulkheads. I have found so many mixed answers I figured id just ask. For space reasons, i need to put a street 90 straight into the bulkhead on the returns, but just discovered as well they dont make slip sch 80 bulkheads on the nut side.

Can I flip the bulkhead with the nut on the inside and have the head side and gasket on the outside of the tank? Or is this a leak disaster? If i cant, i am going to have to redo some stuff. Thanks guys!

Sure, you absolutely can do that, but you MUST put the rubber gasket on the flange side of the bulkhead (not the nut side). So on the outside of the tank, in this case. (which is what is sounds like you're describing)
