Please help my Algae WAR.

I used peroxide 6 months ago for a temp fix. That didnt help. Now im on week 17 of Zeovit. Corals look great and are growing good. Algae has reduced but still wont go away. Im starting to get frustrated, and im thinking of just replacing all of my LR because i think it is saturated with Phosphate. Most is HA and there is some bryopsis.

Just replaced my 2x150w MH 14k
maybe 2 months old Power compact 420/460nm 2x130w
For flow i have an MP40
Temp. is 80

Do you think i could up the recommended dosage of zeostart? Im currently dosing .4 2 x a day with 1 liter of Zeostones in a reactor. Please advise.

No don't do that unless you wanna give it to me. If your willing to replace your LR then do this. Save water from a wc and put it in a few wash basins or buckets. I used four. Take your rock out one piece at a time. scrub it in the first basin with a tooth brush. then scrub it in the next one till you get to the last one. Leave it there till you have washed all of your lr. Then return it to your tank and fill it back up with new water. It'll be like brand new. I did this and it worked great. I have lots of coral grown onto my rock and it was fine. Also my blenny hung out in one of the rocks through the whole process. However yor algae will eventually come back until you solve the problem that's causing it. Good luck

yeah my algae war is pretty much over.. tooth brush and get rid of the bulk manually, i did this and it helped alot. then i added purigen and chemipure elite to make sure my tank water was clean. lights out for 48 hours and my cuc has handled the rest.. rocks are almost spotless and my frags i own are happy as pie as well

ok, i could try the multi-bin process. I figured the ZEOVIT would wipe it out. Dont get me wrong, the product has worked great for about 75% of the algae issue, but now im looking to rid of it 100%.

I am hesitant on using any other products like GFO, Purigen, and Chemipure Elite with my zeovit, just because i dont want to kill anything or have it react negativly.
