Please help new reefer (brown algae)

I have this in my tank some sort of brown algae. This happened while I was at work. Spread really fast. What is it? How can I get rid of it? My light are 50% blue 25% white. My RODI water is 0 tds I don’t know what’s the issues. I don’t even have live stock yet

I would guess it's diatoms. It's part of the ugly stage. You should see me tank right now.

Hope fully it is diatoms. People been telling me it cyano and other tellme it’s diatoms. Kinda confused my first SW tank
 
Your tank looks good btw. I’ll just have to wait it out see when it goes away
 
Looks like diatoms, cyano is more slimy like a mat. Never done it byt.ive been told if you take some and put it in a jar with some tank water. Shake it up, if it reclumps together its diatoms, stays apart cyano
 
I have a similar issue, it blows off the rocks really easily with a turkey baster but grows back the very next day to the same levels?
done the above test and stays apart.

amm - 0
Ni - 0
Na - 40
PH - 8.2
Salinity 1.021

i thought it was cyano and treated the tank with chemiclean but 48 hrs later there is no change, corals are not enjoying it either.

what next? Help please ‍♂️
