Please help with Identification and solution

[My Fish Life]

I’m looking to find out what this is and if it’s a problem or not. If so what can I do to get rid of it.
It doesn’t show up to well in the pictures but it’s the clear stringy stuff I’m trying to identify. It’s hard to pull out and is slowly spreading.
