I recently bought a 74 gallon aquarium (25"x 25" x 30") and it came with a plumbing kit. I also bought a Trigger Systems Emerald 34 Sump, 4' BLACK VINYL TUBING 1" ID, 4'
BLACK VINYL TUBING 3/4" ID, GFO & CARBON REACTOR - SINGLE with 1/2" tubing and a Barbed Reducing Tee 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/2.

The 1" tubing fits ok to the barbed fitting that came with the sump but does not fit the 1" barbed bulkhead fitting the tube seems to be too small. The 3/4" tubing fits the return pump and the 3/4" barbed bulkhead fitting but the 1/2" tubing from the reactor does not fit the 1/2" part of the tee the tubing seems to be too small.

Any ideas what tubing or fittings I would need to be able to finish the plumbing?

If you have a heat gun use that on the end that seems tight or run a hair dryer over it on high heat for a bit to soften it up and then try to slide it on.

Yeah I tried that with hot water got the tube nice and flexible but the outer diameter of the tube and the fitting is the same

hot water won't work need something like a heat gun or running a hair dryer over it for a good amount of time
