I'm getting am external pump and do i have to use pvc to plumb it to go back to my fuge then fuge back to return then display our could i use pvc and black bendy pipe

huh? You lost me on this one... Any chance you can draw it out in a picture?

Typically the sump is where the skimmer, fuge, and return sections are located in. The external pump is connected to a bulkhead in the side of the sump's return section. There should be no need to pump water to the fuge and return sections... That's where I am confused on what you are asking...

Well i have and rs 200 and i want an external fuge. My sump Is already drilled for 3/r and I'm getting an blue line T3 and Would like to run it externally and woold i have to use only pvc to plumb it or can i do an combination of vineal tubing and pvc

Yes... I personally would use all PVC (Flex PVC is included in this) for the drain to the fuge. The flow from the pump the vinyl will be OK.

Pros:
Flexible
Easy to use and cut
No gluing required
Dampens noise from the pump a bit

Cons:
Use of PVC to barb fitting will reduce flow
Vinyl requires the use of clamps

** That was much better wording ;)

Okay this is how my sump is drain- filter sock-skimmer-bubble trap-return - display &fuge .

But return-fuge-return

So i will need to have an T in the middle of my return line to go to the fuge and display

So i could get i T for vynal too slow down the water to the fuge
