I have 2 polyp colonies that look sick.
One is almost all closed for last few days.
The polyps on the other look "wilted".
check pH and other levels did a water change a few days ago.I have two other polyp colonies and they seem to be doing fine as to the rest of my corals. haven't made any changes or added anything to tank.

any ideas?

It looks like zoa pox in one of your pics.
Sometimes the close also due to nutrients.
What is your Po4 and No3?

Definitely looks like zoa pox in the 2nd and 3rd pictures to me. There is a treatment protocol using Furan 2 that actually works very well (at least it did for me).

Here is a link regarding treatments, Furan 2 being one of them.

Please Keep in Mind Those are Protopaly's not Regular Zoanthids.

That is how they look.

The White Spots Would be Much Bigger if it was POX Anyways.

Palys are pretty low light in my system. Try putting them in a shady area. Not dark. But shady. Like under a torch or tucked against a slight overhang. Buttons are pretty forgiving. They should recover easily.
