Possible aggression related?

So I've had the powder blue about 2 weeks and added a Koran angel to my DT 2 days ago. Today I noticed he has pop eye on only one eye. Then observing further I noticed my pbt has what looks to be like scrapes on his side. What do you guys think?

The "orange spots" look like they extend away from the head. Is that correct or just the picture blurred a bit?
