Possible nem sting?

Put this powder brown tang in my day a week ago and last night noticed a weird patch on its face. Can anyone tell what it might be? It's swimming and eating like a champ. There is a condi anemone in the tank. Wondering if it might have stung the fish.

Did you QT this fish or any of your other inhabitants?

I can’t really make out the area on the face you are talking about. What does it look like? Can you try to get some up close pic. I know fish are hard to photograph.

Doesnt look lile a nem sting.
I would get into qt and treat with the trifecta...
