possible parasite issue

I have a clownfish, and flame angelfish. 2 days ago I noticed a raised white circular bump on the angelfish's tail fin was too big to be a ich, 24 hours later it was gone, but there was now a circular hole in the fin, yesterday another raised white bump appeared on his anal fin again 24 hours later it is gone again ,leaving a perfect round hole in the fin, anyone have an idea what could be causing this? so far is has only effected the angelfish and not the clownfish.

Please help me ID Disease Single White Spot 2mm - Reef Central Online Community this guy seems to have the same issue I did, he used treatments where I did not, but the picture of the dot is exactly the same as is his last post saying it was gone leaving a hole in the fin

It looks like Lymphocystis to me. And from what I understand is lympho goes away on it's own

that's what I was thinking also, and the hole left behind in such a short period of time is probably the cleaner shrimp cleaning off the lesion
