POSSIBLE PEST IDENTIFICATION HELP

Hello All,

I have some sort of growth in my return and my sump area. There seems to be a pest in it. It looks like cobwebs. Any help on identifying this would be greatly appreciated. The white rice looking things seem to be a living thing.

Sponges, spirorbid worms and pineapple sponge all good.
